Master Construction has been in the underground utility business for over 20 years. We currently are the One Source General Contract holder for Qwest Communications in North Dakota and Eastern South Dakota. We have offices in Fargo and Bismarck (ND), and Sioux Falls, SD. We also perform contract work on the utility side for many telephone and electric carriers. We have the ability to take on a job from the design stages through final placement of the utility.
